Can you exchange your tickets for another show date?

Can I cancel or refund my ticket purchase?

If I paid with a credit card with a different name, whose name will be on the list for the tickets?

The email you used during purchase will be sent an official confirmation from us and you will be asked to provide the name of the person picking up the tickets.

What are the differences between the packages?

The list of what is included in each package can be found at the link for each band.

If you have side stage access, do you have to watch from the side stage? Where else can you watch?

You will have the option of sitting in your assigned seat or watching from the side of the stage, but you will not be able to go in between.

I received my receipt and confirmation but didn’t receive my instructional email yet - what do I do?
